Do credits expire?

Never. Credits you buy stay in your account forever. Use them tomorrow, next month, or next year — they're yours.

Are credit purchases refundable?

Credit purchases are non-refundable once completed, since credits can be used immediately. We do issue refunds for technical errors (e.g. duplicate charges). See our refund policy for details.

What's the launch bonus?

For a limited time, every credit pack comes with bonus credits at no extra cost. Pro Pack ($50) currently includes 100 bonus credits — that's 50% more than the base amount. We'll announce when this offer ends.

Why is paying with digital assets cheaper?

Card and bank payments charge us about 2.5% in processor fees. Digital asset payments don't have those fees, so we pass the savings on as a 10% discount. Same product, lower price.

Will I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Every paid invoice is sent to your email with full GST details (for Indian customers). You can also download invoices anytime from your dashboard.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet — we found that one-time credit packs work better for how most people use TruthStamp. If you'd like a subscription option for unlimited stamps, let us know — we may add this later.
